Indicator is available for Admin only.
Any numeric factor can be defined as indicator, simply follow the steps on page.
Categories​
Indicator can be categories, it is for management purpose only.
Data Restriction​
Sometimes data is sensitive even on one indicator for different users, therefore data restriction is offered. Same as filter in spaces, restriction is only applied to the topic which carries indicator factor.
